Weekly Yoga and Pilates Classes - now online

Thank you for visiting and I hope you are keeping well and safe.  

Giving your health and wellbeing priority and creating new routines can be a positive way to benefit from the circumstances of working from home as we protect ourselves and our loved ones through the Coronavirus.

In hope of providing some support and inspiration to you I'm offering 4 Live OnLine sessions per week through Zoom.  As life may feel, fragmented, isolated, congested, worrying or has become alot of the same, the practices will vary to strengthen, unwind, ground and soothe your body, mind and spirit.  

The session times are Australian Eastern Standard Time


Yin & Yoga Nidra - 5:00pm - 6:30pm


Hatha Yoga - 7:30am - 8:30am


Pilates - 12:00 noon - 12:45pm


Hatha Yoga - 7:30am - 8:30am

The platform we will come together on is Zoom which you can download on any device at no cost to you.



As a weekly subscriber, for $25 you can join as many sessions as you wish or are able to.   Begin any time, unsubscribe any time.

If your income has been impacted and you wish to join please let me know.  If your unsure online sessions are for you, please contact me for your free trial.  As subscription is weekly, you can opt out and rejoin at any time.

Creating Sacred Space

Setting up a sacred Yoga space at home can be a beautiful ritual.  It doesn't require alot of space.  Pillows, cushions and blankets are great substitutes for bolsters.  A belt or dressing-gown tie works as a yoga strap.  A small bin turned upside down can substitute blocks.  If you don't have a yoga mat, a non slip surface is fine, a chair for meditation, and somewhere you can see your device.

Coming together in practice, in a new way, encourages us to continue to show up, is a wonderful mood booster, immune strengthener and heart harmoniser.
