The ancient Buddhist practice of Mindfulness teaches us to live in the present moment. In releasing the many layers of judgements, societal and conditioned self expectations, repetitive critical mind talk, reliving negative past experiences and constantly forward projecting, can exhaust our precious vital energy and deprive us of the freedom and deep joy of living 'now'.
The simple practice of focusing on your breath and mantra will assist you in gently guiding your conscious awareness into the freedom that exists in this very moment.
