Weekly Yoga and Pilates Classes - now online

Thank you for visiting and I hope you are keeping well. 

Giving your health and wellbeing priority is beneficial for yourself and all those you love and support.


In hope of providing inspiration and a positive routine to you I'm offering 3 Live OnLine sessions per week through Zoom.  Its a wonderful way to make and maintain connections with other yogis in the comfort of your own home.


The session times are Australian Eastern Standard Time

Sunday

Yin & Yoga Nidra - 5:00pm - 6:30pm (returning June 2024)

Tuesday

Hatha Yoga - 7:30am - 8:30am

Thursday

Pilates - 7:30am - 8:30am

Friday

Hatha Yoga - 7:30am - 8:30am


The platform we will come together on is Zoom which you can download on any device at no cost to you.

Subscribe

 

As a weekly subscriber, for $25 you can join as many sessions as you wish or are able to.   Begin any time, unsubscribe any time.

 
If you're uncertain online sessions are for you, please contact me for your free trial.  As subscription is weekly, you can opt out and rejoin at any time.   Yoga should be for everybody so if you are struggling financially you are still most welcome to join any time.

Creating Sacred Space

Setting up a sacred Yoga space at home can be a beautiful ritual.  It doesn't require alot of space.  Pillows, cushions and blankets are great substitutes for bolsters.  A belt or dressing-gown tie works as a yoga strap.  A small bin turned upside down can substitute blocks.  If you don't have a yoga mat, a non slip surface is fine, a chair for meditation, and somewhere you can see your device.


Coming together in practice, in a new way, encourages us to continue to show up, is a wonderful mood booster, immune strengthener and heart harmoniser.
